Our culture’s focus on losing weight, being perfect, and always working too hard can lead to excessive stress and unhealthy eating habits.

This is designed to meet you where you are, reduce stress, and develop a healthy mindset for food and fitness.

    • Finding a healthy rhythm of eating

    • Finding grace, peace, and empowerment in the way you eat

    • Mindset coaching through meal planning, prepping, and enjoying your food guilt-free

    • Learning how to move your body as a celebration of what it can do, instead of a punishment for what it is not

    • 4 sessions of mindset coaching (20-50 minutes each)

      • The time is intentionally flexible to accommodate your unique needs

    • What you will have access to:

      • Education on stress reduction and stress reduction exercises

      • Mindful eating exercises and meditations

      • Resources to help unlearn stressful eating patterns and replace them with peaceful eating patterns

      • Learn how to give yourself grace while holding yourself accountable and develop a more resilient mindset
