Kimchi Fried Noodles

    • 2 C of cooked rice noodles

    • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

    • 5 oz cooked chicken breast

    • 1 tsp fish sauce

    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp garlic paste

    • 1.5 tsp ginger paste

    • 1.5 C kimchi

    1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

    2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    3. Add the ginger paste and chicken for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed all the way through.

    4. Add kimchi, soy sauce, and fish sauce, stirring well to combine flavors.

    5. Toss in the cooked rice noodles and mix everything together for 2-3 minutes.

    6. Serve hot and enjoy!
